Weekend Retreats

Retreats are traditional, silent retreats, conducted by priests of the Prelature of Opus Dei, in light of the basic truths of the Catholic faith.

Each day of the retreat includes three meditations given by the priest, a virtue talk given by a member of the leadership team, Holy Mass, Exposition & Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament, and recitation of the rosary. The priest conducting the retreat is available for the Sacrament of Reconciliation as well as for personal consultation.

Most of our retreats are held at Longlea Conference Center in Boston, VA. The campus includes a chapel, dining room, living rooms, reading rooms, classrooms, individual bedrooms, an outdoor Marian Shrine, and stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. All meals are provided in family style, and medical diets can be accommodated.
