Annual Workshop
Annual workshops hosted by Oakwood Cultural Center focus on practical talks and opportunities to build friendships. Keynote speakers present on topics such as work-life balance, marriage, motherhood, professional work, and the integration of faith and reason. Women of all cultures, faiths and religions are invited and welcome.
Our goal at Oakwood Workshops is to help women at every life-stage develop virtues that lead to lasting personal and professional development. Workshops train women to be leaders in their community who have the power to shape a culture that respects the dignity of each person. Oakwood aims to prepare women of character who will have a positive impact in their communities.
Workshops typically last three to four hours on a chosen Saturday. A small registration fee usually applies for materials, conference center rental, and/or lunch.
